Attribute Library

Available from 4.4.0

Attribute Libraries allow the creation of the Attribute fields that will be mapped to an entity in the system.

Once the Attribute has been created it can be added to an Attribute Group, the Group's content can then be mapped to the entity.

The list of Attribute Libraries is maintained here.

Settings > Attributes > Attribute Library

The link will open the Attribute Library grid. It is a grid view which can be searched, sorted and customised as normal.

To add a new Attribute to the library click New , to edit an existing Attribute in the library click Edit . A pop up window will appear which will allow the creation or amendment of a Attribute.

Field Name	Description
Name	The name of the Attribute Library.
Category	From the drop down select the Attribute Library Category.
Required in FSI GO	Check the box to use as a flag in FSI GO - use is dependant on activity design.
Control Type	From the drop down select the Control type, options include: Check-box - allows a value of true or false to be set. Date - allows a date to be entered. Date and Time - allows a date and time to be entered. Decimal - allows a number with decimal places to be entered. The number of decimal places can be set . A minimum and maximum range can also be set if the "Use Limits" box is checked. Lookup - if Lookup is selected,Attribute Lookups can be utilised. Multi-line Text-box - allows the User to enter multiple lines of text. Number - allows a number to be entered. A minimum and maximum range can also be set if the "Use Limits" box is checked. Option Set - creates a set of values to allow the User to enter a value from a set list. Text-box - allows the User to add text. Timespan - allows a value to be added in hours and minutes.

Complete the fields and click Save and Close .
