Attribute Lookups

Available from 4.4.0

Attribute Lookups are used to maintain a common list of lookup values, these can be added to the Attribute (held in the Attribute Libraries) to control the information a User records against an Entity. These could be generic drop downs e.g. Yes / No / NA, or entity specific information or outputs.

The list of Attribute Lookups is maintained here.

Settings > Attributes > Attribute Lookups

The link will open the Attribute Lookups grid. It is a grid view which can be searched, sorted and customised as normal.

To add a new Attribute Lookup click New , to edit an existing Attribute Lookup click Edit . A pop up window will appear which will allow the creation or amendment of a Attribute Lookup.

Field Name	Description
Name	The name of the Attribute Lookup.
Description	The description of the Attribute Lookup.
Add Value	To add Lookups click Add Value, continue to add values until all the required entries have been made.
Value	The numerical value of the Lookup.
Name	The name of the Lookup.
Default	Check the tick boxes to make one of the values the default- Attribute Lookups cannot be saved without a default value

Complete the fields and click Save and Close .
