Asset Status
Assets have statuses similar to Tasks in MRI Evolution. MRI Evolution has two inbuilt system generated States: Active and History. Users can optionally add a Suspended state, allowing Assets to be categorised as having an Active, Suspended or History state.
Users can create their own statuses, for example: In Repair (suspended) and Offline (History).
Multiple statuses can be created per state, allowing users to create a more nuanced approach to Asset Statuses.
Assets that are in a History state do not show on the Asset grid automatically but can be viewed by checking a box (much the same as Tasks) on the Asset grid.
The list of Asset Statuses are maintained here.
