Asbestos Identification Levels

The Asbestos Identification Levels function allows users to create their own bespoke definitions of the Identification Levels available to deal with Asbestos.

These can be as generic or specific as to meet the requirements of the end client.

Settings > Asbestos > Survey Information > Asbestos Identification Levels

The link will open the Asbestos Identification Levels grid. It is a grid view which can be searched, sorted and customised as normal.

To add a new Asbestos Identification Level click New , to edit an existing Asset Name click Edit . A pop up window will appear which will allow the creation or amendment of an Asbestos Identification Level.

Field Name	Description
Identification Level Code	The unique mandatory reference code of the Asbestos Identification Level.
Identification Level	A free format field to provide a description of the Asbestos Identification Level.
Create Hazard / Alert	Checkbox allowing users to automatically create a Hazard against the defined Location of an Asbestos Containing Material record within the Asbestos Register, when the current Identification Level is selected against the Asbestos Containing Material record. As per standard functionality of MRI Evolution, the Hazard created would be copied over to any Tasks that are raised in the Location.
Show as Warning in Job Cards	Checkbox allowing users to automatically display a warning, in addition to Hazards, in any Job Cards related to Tasks raised in the defined Location of an Asbestos Containing Material record within the Asbestos Register, when the current Identification Level is selected against the Asbestos Containing Material record.
