Widget - Facility Booking Grid

This Widget is used to display Facility Booking using system queries to control the Facility Booking that the User can view.

Settings > Widget Setup > Widgets

The link will open the Widgets grid. It is a grid view which can be searched, sorted and customised as normal.

To add a new Widget click New , to edit an existing Widget click Edit . A pop up window will appear which will allow the creation or amendment of a Widget.

Select the Widget template : Facility Booking Grid. Complete the fields and click Save . Click Configure Widget .

Field Name	Description
New / Edit Booking Widget	From the drop down select the Facility Booking widget to use if a new Facility Booking is raised from the grid.
In Evolution Reach	From the drop down select: (when a Facility Booking is opened from the Facility Booking grid choose what feature is used to open the Facility Booking) Widget Standalone Widget
In MRI Evolution	From the drop down select: (when a Facility Booking is opened from the Facility Booking grid choose what feature is used to open the Facility Booking) Widget - open the Facility Booking using a Widget Standalone Widget - open the Facility Booking using a standalone Widget Booking Input Panel - open the booking with the Facilities Booking Header
In Evolution Connect	From the drop down select: (when a Facility Booking is opened from the Facility Booking grid choose what feature is used to open the Facility Booking) Widget Standalone Widget
Report	From the drop down select the report to print a Facility Booking with.
New / Edit Non Room Booking Widget	From the drop down select the widget to be used if a non room booking is added / edited.
Grid Queries	The grid queries assigned to the Widget.

Queries must be assigned to the Facility Booking Grid Widget . To assign Queries click Assign , entities in the right hand assignment window are connected.

Complete the fields and click Save and Close .
