Time Record Resolution

Time Record Resolutions are used to record what the Resource did to fix or resolve a Task.

The list of Time Record Resolutions are maintained here.

Settings > Tasks > Time Record Resolutions

The link will open the Time Record Resolution grid. It is a grid view which can be searched, sorted and customised as normal.

To add a new Time Record Resolution click New , to edit an existing Time Record Resolution click Edit . A pop up window will appear which will allow the creation or amendment of a Time Record Resolution.

Field Name	Description
Name	The name of the Time Record Resolution.
Description	The description of the Time Record Resolution.

Complete the fields and click Save and Close .
