Fault Codes

Fault Codes are a list of the reasons used to record what caused the fault / maintenance, for example wear and tear or vandalism.

The list of Fault Codes are maintained here.

Settings > Tasks >Fault Codes

The link will open the Fault Code grid. It is a grid view which can be searched, sorted and customised as normal.

To add a new Fault Code click New , to edit an existing Fault Code click Edit . A pop up window will appear which will allow the creation or amendment of a Fault Code.

Field Name	Description
Code	The code of the Fault Code.
Description	The description of the Fault Code.

Complete the fields and click Save and Close .
