Building Conditions

MRI Evolution allows Buildings to be allocated a Condition, this can be useful for filtering and reporting.

The list of Building Conditions are maintained here.

Settings > Property and Estates > Building Conditions

The link will open the Building Condition Grid. It is a grid view which can be searched, sorted and customised as normal.

To add a new Building Condition click New , to edit an existing Building Condition click Edit . A pop up window will appear which will allow the creation or amendment of a Building Condition.

Field Name	Description
Condition Code	The numerical Condition Code.
Description	The description of the Building Condition.

Complete the fields and click Save and Close .
