Notifications

Available from 4.5.3

Notifications allows the sending and maintenance of Evolution Go Notifications through MRI Evolution.

The list of Notifications is maintained here.

Settings > Evolution Go > Notifications

The link will open the Notifications grid. It is a grid view which can be searched, sorted and customised as normal.

To add a new Notification click New , to edit an existing Notification click Edit . A pop up window will appear which will allow the creation or amendment of a Notification.

Field Name	Description
To	Click on the button to assign the Evolution Go Mobile Users and Groups to send the notification to - if a User is on line their User name will show in bold text
Subject	Enter a subject for the Evolution Go Notification
Message Text	Enter the message body text
Start Date	Enter the Start Date / time for the message to be available from - Users will only receive the message within this time frame
End Date	Enter the end date / time for the message to be available to - Users will only receive the message within this time frame
Priority	From the drop down select the message Priority
Sent to Evolution Go	The tick will auto-populate once the message has been sent
Received on Device	Shows when the Notification was received on the device - if a notification is sent to multiple Users a separate record is created for each User, these can be viewed from Settings > Evolution Go > Notifications
Read on Device	Shows when the Notification was read on the device - if a notification is sent to multiple Users a separate record is created for each User, these can be viewed from Settings > Evolution Go > Notifications
