Desk Status

Desk status is used to indicate modes of ownership or use of a desk by Contacts.

To create Contacts see Contacts.

The list of Desk Statuses is maintained here.

Settings > Contacts > Desk Status

The link will open the Desk Status grid. It is a grid view which can be searched, sorted and customised as normal.

To add a new Desk Status click New , to edit an existing Desk Status click Edit . A pop up window will appear which will allow the creation or amendment of a Desk Status.

Field Name	Description
Code	The code of the Desk Status.
Description	The description of the Desk Status.

Complete the fields and click Save and Close .
