Activity Type

Activities can be stored against Contacts. Within day-to-day operations, Contacts may be required to undertake certain activities. For example: fire drills and staff induction. Creating Activity Types will allow a record to be held of these activities.

The list of Activity Types is maintained here.

Settings > Contacts >Activity Type

The link will open the Activity Type Grid. It is a grid view which can be searched, sorted and customised as normal.

To add a new Activity Type click New , to edit an existing Activity Type click Edit . A pop up window will appear which will allow the creation or amendment of an Activity Type.

Field Name	Description
Code	The code for the Activity Type.
Description	The description of the Activity Type.

Complete the fields and click Save and Close .
