Visitor Status

Visitor Status Management allows a colour set to be created to allow Visitors to be colour coded according to there status in the Visitor management grid.

Modules > Visitor Management > Visitor Status

The link will open the Visitor Status grid. It is a grid view which can be searched, sorted and customised as normal.

To add a new Visitor Status click New , to edit an existing Visitor Status click Edit . A pop up window will appear which will allow the creation or amendment of a Visitor Status.

Field Name	Description
Code	The code of the Visitor Status.
Description	The description of the Visitor Status.
Departed Status	Check the box if the Visitor Status is to be auto-marked as departed.
Arrived Status	Check the box if the Visitor Status is to be auto-marked as arrived.
Back Colour	Select the background colour for the Visitor to turn in the grid.
Fore Colour	Select the fore colour (text) for the Visitor to turn in the grid.

Complete the fields and click Save and Close .
