Inventory Status Management

Inventory Status Management allows a colour set to be created to allow Inventory items to be colour coded according to there status in the Inventory management grid.

Modules > Inventory Management > Inventory Status Management

The link will open the Inventory Status Management grid. It is a grid view which can be searched, sorted and customised as normal.

To add a new Inventory Status Management click New , to edit an existing Inventory Status Management click Edit . A pop up window will appear which will allow the creation or amendment of a Inventory Status Management.

Field Name	Description
Code	The code of the Inventory Status Management.
Description	The description of the Inventory Status Management.
Default	Check the box if the Inventory Status Management is to be the default status.
Back Colour	Select the background colour for the Catering line to turn in the grid.
Fore Colour	Select the fore colour (text) for the Catering line to turn in the grid.

Complete the fields and click Save and Close .
