Advanced Helpdesk - Requested Quotes
A Requested Quote can be raised from the Advanced Helpdesk.
Task Management > Advanced Helpdesk - Requested Quotes
The link will open the Advanced Helpdesk / Requested Quotes Grid. It is a grid view which can be searched, sorted and customised as normal.
To add a new Requested Quote click Create quote from Task , to edit an existing Requested Quote click Edit
