Advanced Helpdesk - Multiple Locations

A Task may affect multiple Locations. Multiple Locations allows a Task to link more than one Location, rather than logging many Tasks to the different Locations.

Task Management > Advanced Helpdesk - Multiple Locations

The link will open the Advanced Helpdesk / Multiple Locations grid. It is a grid that can be sorted and customised as normal.

To assign Multiple Locations click Assign , entities in the right hand assignment window are connected.
