Timesheet Preferences

Administrators of MRI Evolution are able to define query criteria to restrict visibility of the Resources shown to a user in the pages used to assign Time Records to Tasks.

The query criteria will be applied in addition to any existing restrictions or filter options, such as Task Suppliers, Task Building, On Duty and so on. This is to ensure that any users that are accessing Time Record pages aren't able to assign the Task to Resources that aren't relevant to them.

The pages affected are as follows:

• Resources grid in Resource sub navigation of Advanced Helpdesk
• Resources auto-complete in the Time Record assignment page, accessed from various places.

The Timesheet User Preferences are maintained here.

Settings > User Preference > Timesheet Preference

The link will open the Timesheet Preference window. Check the box to enable Resource assignment within the Timesheets Module.

Complete the fields and click Save .

Once the preference has been checked Resources can be assigned from the User Account.

Note: This preference will only effect the Evolution Connect Timesheet Module. Views in MRI Evolution will remain unchanged.
