Bind Service Payments to Contract

Service Payments must be bound to a Contract.

Field Name	Description
Service Payment	From the drop down select the Service Payments - for more information see Service Payments.
Percentage	Enter the percentage of the Service Payment to be charged to the contract - a service payment could be bound to multiple Contracts.
Generate Task periods per calender Session per SLA response period	If checked and subsequent "Repose periods requiring Task periods" are also checked, the target Task periods will be displayed on the Advanced Helpdesk.
Generate periods for incomplete Tasks to Batch End	If checked MRI Evolution will generate periods for any Tasks not in history that have been picked up in a PMS Batch to the Batch End date.
Calender Session Response Time	From the drop down select the Response Time for the Session.

Complete the fields and click Save and Close .

Note: PayMech Module results are calculated using Workflow. Unless the calculation workflows are amended, changing settings in MRI Evolution may have no effect on PayMech outputs and results .
