Widget - Visual Booking Grid

The Visual Booking Grid will show a User bookings that have been made using system queries to filter the results.

Settings > Widget Setup > Widgets

The link will open the Widgets grid. It is a grid view which can be searched, sorted and customised as normal.

To add a new Widget click New , to edit an existing Widget click Edit . A pop up window will appear which will allow the creation or amendment of a Widget.

Select the Widget template : Visual Booking Grid. Complete the fields and click Save . Click Configure Widget .

Field Name	Description
Reservation Widget	From the drop down select the Visual Booking widget to use if a new Visual Booking is raised from the grid.
In Reach	From the drop down select: (when a Visual Booking is opened from the Visual Booking grid choose what feature is used to open the Visitor Booking) Widget Standalone Widget
In Evolution	From the drop down select: (when a Visual Booking is opened from the Visual Booking grid choose what feature is used to open the Visual Booking) Widget - open the Visual Booking using a Widget Standalone Widget - open the Visual Booking using a standalone Widget
In Connect	From the drop down select: (when a Visual Booking is opened from the Visual Booking grid choose what feature is used to open the Visual Booking) Widget Standalone Widget
Report	From the drop down select the report to print a Visual Booking with.
Grid Queries	The grid queries assigned to the Widget.

Queries must be assigned to the Visual Booking Grid Widget . To assign Queries click Assign, entities in the right hand assignment window are connected.

Complete the fields and click Save and Close .
