PPM Planner - User Preferences

A User can configure the PPM Planner in order to view the most relevant filter and time options to meet their requirements.

Settings > User Preference > PPM Planner

The link will open the PPM Planner User Preference window:

Filter Preferences

The checked filter preferences are the ones to be displayed in the PPM Planner. Uncheck the ones not to be displayed.

• Contract
• Contract Group
• System Query

Show Total

The checked time total options are the ones to be displayed in the PPM Planner. Uncheck the ones not to be displayed.

• Hours Required
• Primary Supplier Hours Available
• % Committed

Fields

Assign the required field filters from the Available section to the Selected section. Only those fields assigned to the Selected section will be displayed in the PPM Planner.

Set the order of the filters using Move First, Move Up, Move Down and Move Last

 

The options set above will define what will be displayed to the User in the corresponding sections of the PPM Planner, highlighted in red:

Click Save . to save the changes made.
