State Change Reasons

Available from 5.5.0.0

It is possible to create bespoke pre-defined pick lists of State Change Reasons that users can choose from when prompted to do so.

The state changes where the Reason will be presented to users can also be defined, enabling the creation of specific lists of Reasons for specific state changes.

The list of State Change Reasons are maintained here.

Settings > Tasks > State Change Reasons

The link will open the State Change Reasons grid. It is a grid view which can be searched, sorted and customised as normal.

To add a new State Change Reason click New , to edit an existing State Change Reason click Edit . A pop up window will appear which will allow the creation or amendment of a State Change Reason.

Field Name	Description
State Change Reason	The text value displayed to the user in a selectable list of State Change Reasons.
Applicable States	The types of state change the State Change Reason will be available to select from when changing state. Multi-select drop down containing the following values: Rejection Cancellation Select all those applicable for the State Change Reason.

Complete the fields and click Save and Close .
