Permit Classes

Concept Evolution can generate Work Permits; these can be broken down into different classes. These Permit Classes can also be connected to a different Concept Report if required (the standard Concept Report used for Work Permits is called JC-003).

The list of Permit Classes are maintained here.

Settings > Tasks > Permit Classes

The link will open the Permit Classes grid. It is a grid view which can be searched, sorted and customised as normal.

To add a new Permit Class click New , to edit and existing Permit Class click Edit . A pop up window will appear which will allow the creation or amendment of a Permit Class.

Field Name	Description
Work Permit Class	The name of the Work Permit Class.
Alternative Report	From the drop down select the report to be used when printing the Work Permit- the standard concept report is called JC-003.

Complete the fields and click Save and Close .
