Instruction Set Status

Available from 4.5.0

MRI Evolution allows Instruction Sets to have a status connected to them. This allows Instruction Sets to be passed to History if no longer in use, or Suspended if under review. This can be useful for filtering and reporting and for keeping an up to date list of Instructions for Users of MRI Evolution.

Generic statuses are Active, Suspended and History, this list can be extended if required. If the list is to be extended, the statuses need to be set up before they can be used.

This list of Instruction Set Statuses are maintained here.

Settings > Tasks > Instruction Set Status

The link will open the Instruction Set Status grid. It is a grid view which can be searched, sorted and customised as normal.

To add a new Instruction Set Status click New , to edit an existing Instruction Set Status click Edit . A pop up window will appear which will allow the creation or amendment of a Instruction Set Status.

Field Name	Description
Name	The name of the Instruction Set Status.
Description	The description of the Instruction Set Status.
Instruction Set State	From the drop down select the Instruction Set state: Active Suspended History
Default	Check the box if this is to be the default state of an Instruction Set on creation.

Complete the fields and click Save and Close .
