Health and Safety Documents

In addition to PPM Instruction Sets that define the work to be done during planned maintenance, a Health and Safety Document can be provided to bring attention to any specific safety requirements for the Task. The Health and Safety document will be attached to a PPM Task, when the PPM is created and printed the Healthy and Safety document will be attached to the job card.

The list of Health and Safety Documents are maintained here.

Settings > Tasks > Health and Safety Documents

The link will open the Health and Safety Documents grid. It is a grid view which can be searched, sorted and customised as normal.

To add a new Health and Safety Document click New , to edit and existing Health and Safety Document click Edit . A pop up window will appear which will allow the creation or amendment of a Health and Safety Document.
