Caller Source
Caller Source is used to record the method the Reporter used to contact the Helpdesk.
The list of Caller Sources are maintained here.
Settings > Tasks > Caller Source
The link will open the Caller Source Grid. It is a grid view which can be searched, sorted and customised as normal.
To add a new Caller Source click New , to edit an existing Caller Source click Edit
. A pop up window will appear which will allow the creation or amendment of a Caller Source.

Complete the fields and click Save and Close .
