Supply Chain Survey page
Available from 5.5.0.0
Details of answered Supply Chain Surveys can be seen in the Supply Chain survey page, accessed from the Survey Responses tab of the following Surveys sub-navigation pages:
- Surveys reciprocal sub-navigation in Supply Chain Survey enabled entities:
- Suppliers
- Resources
- Surveys sub-navigation in the Advanced Helpdesk
The answered Survey questions can be seen by clicking the 
View Response button.
The status of the Survey Response can be changed using the available states in the State toolbar button group.

The Survey Type of the Survey Template related to the Survey Response. This will be one of the following Supply Chain Survey enabled entities:

The 'thing' that has been assigned to the Survey Template related to the Survey Response, such as a specific Supplier or Resource The field label is a hyperlink that will open the Assigned Entity record when clicked |
| Report Template |
The Report Template of the Survey Template related to the Survey Response The field label is a hyperlink that will open the Report's input panel when clicked Note: The system standard template is SV - 001 |
