Resource Planner Preferences

Resource Planner Preferences will set default information for the Resource Planner. If Rotas are not being used default Resource availability time can be set here. Default Estimate time frames can be set so any Tasks that do not have an estimated time set against them will auto populate with a default times.

The Resource Planner Preferences are maintained here.

Settings > Resource Planner > Resource Planner

The link will open the Resource Planner Preferences window.

Field Name	Description
Default Estimated Time	Enter the default estimated time for a Task - if the Task has estimated time set against the Instruction Set this will override the preference set here.
Default working Hours	Enter the default working hours for each day - if Rotas have been set up, they will override the preference set here.

Complete the fields and click Save and Close .
