Delivery Set Up

Before Purchase Requisitions or Orders can be placed, Delivery Points for ordered items must be defined. This can be done in two ways, either selecting 'In use as a Delivery Address' in the Building entity or setting up a Delivery Point via the Delivery Setup.

The list of Delivery Addresses are maintained here.

Settings > Purchase Orders > Delivery Set Up

The link will open the Delivery Address grid. It is a grid view which can be searched, sorted and customised as normal.

To add a new Delivery Address click New , to edit an existing Delivery Address click Edit . A pop up window will appear which will allow the creation or amendment of a Delivery Address.

Field Name	Description
Delivery Point	Enter the part of the Building where deliveries will be excepted.
Building	From the drop down select the Building - for more information see Building Register.
Address	Enter the address for the delivery point.
Postcode	The postcode of the Delivery point. Available from 4.4.5
Country	From the drop down select the Country - for more information see Countries. Available from 4.4.5

Complete the fields and click Save and Close .
