Building Types

Available from 4.4.5

Concept Evolution allows Buildings to have a Type connected to them e.g. Buildings contain only "Offices" or is a "Retail Unit", this can be useful for filtering and reporting. These Types need to be set up before they can be used.

The list of Building Types are maintained here.

Settings > Property and Estates > Building Types

The link will open the Building Types grid. It is a grid view which can be searched, sorted and customised as normal.

To add a new Building Type click New , to edit an existing Building Type click Edit . A pop up window will appear which will allow the creation or amendment of a Building Type.

Field Name	Description
Name	The name of the Building Type.
Description	The description of the Building Type.

Complete the fields and click Save and Close .
