Project Recharge Codes

When creating a Project the charges for the project can be assigned to Cost Centres and Cost Codes to allow budgets to be created and managed efficiently. In addition, Recharge Codes can be assigned to Projects to assist with reporting and cost tracking.

The list of Recharge Codes are maintained here.

Settings > Projects >Project Recharge Codes

The link will open the Project Recharge Codes grid. It is a grid view which can be searched, sorted and customised as normal.

To add a new Project Recharge Code click New , to edit an existing Project Recharge Code click Edit . A pop up window will appear which will allow the creation or amendment of a Project Recharge Code.

Field Name	Description
Code	The code of the Project Recharge Code.
Description	The description of the Project Recharge Code.
Notes	Free text notes relevant to the Recharge Code.
Type	From the drop down select the Project Recharge Code Type.

Complete the fields and click Save and Close .
