System Preferences

If a Task is paused in the Integrated Services module, the User can be forced to enter a mitigating comment along with the Event by turning on the preference.

Settings > Integrated Services > System Preferences

Force Mitigating Comment Entry	Check the box to force mitigating comment entry.

Complete the fields and click Save and Close .
