Whenever an event occurs relating to the Radios, or the Radio Integration, a message can be sent via a pop-up window (Net Send) or e-mail.
Whenever the radio is switched on/off by the resource, a call is accepted, started or completed, an Alert can be sent to the via a Net Send, and an event is logged in the Events Window.
If at any point, an error has occurred in the system, an Error Warning will be sent to the On-Site Systems Administrator via e-mail.

The link will open the Radio Notification Management grid. It is a grid view which can be searched, sorted and customised as normal.
To add a new Radio Notification click New , to edit an existing Radio Notification click Edit . A pop up window will appear which will allow the creation or amendment of a Radio Notification.
Complete the fields and click Save and Close .
