Connection Types

Available from 4.4.6

Connection Types are used to define connections between Assets e.g. supply, data, flow or structural connections.

The list of Connection Types is maintained here.

Settings > Assets > Connection Types

The link will open the Connection Types grid. It is a grid view which can be searched, sorted and customised as normal.

To add a new Connection Type click New , to edit an existing Connection Type click Edit . A pop up window will appear which will allow the creation or amendment of a Connection Type.

Field Name	Description
Code	The code of the Connection Type.
Name	The name of the Connection Type.

Complete the fields and click Save and Close .

Note: Connections are linked to the Asset from the Asset entity.
