Asbestos Conditions

The Asbestos Conditions function allows users to create their own bespoke grading and description of the condition of the Asbestos.

These can be as generic or specific as to meet the requirements of the end client.

Note: This information may be relied upon by Resources or engineers sent to deal with Asbestos.

Settings > Asbestos > Material Assessment Data > Conditions

The link will open the Asbestos Conditions grid. It is a grid view which can be searched, sorted and customised as normal.

To add a new Asbestos Condition click New , to edit an existing Asset Name click Edit . A pop up window will appear which will allow the creation or amendment of an Asbestos Condition.

Field Name	Description
Condition Code	The unique mandatory reference code of the Asbestos Condition.
Condition	A free format field to provide a description of the condition of the Asbestos.
Material Assessment Score	Field for users to enter a numeric value that's appropriate for the condition of the Asbestos - a low score equates to good condition. The value will be fed into an algorithm used to provide a score for asbestos Priority Assessments.

Complete the fields and click Save and Close .
