Asbestos Accessibilities

The Asbestos Accessibilities function allows users to create their own bespoke grading and description of how accessible the physical location of the Asbestos is.

These can be as generic or specific so as to meet the requirements of the end client.

Note: This information may be relied upon by Resources or engineers sent to deal with Asbestos.

Settings > Asbestos > General Reference Data > Accessibilities

The link will open the Asbestos Accessibilities grid. It is a grid view which can be searched, sorted and customised as normal.

To add a new Asbestos Accessibility click New , to edit an existing Asset Name click Edit . A pop up window will appear which will allow the creation or amendment of an Asbestos Accessibility.

Field Name	Description
Accessibility Code	The unique mandatory reference code of the Asbestos Accessibility.
Accessibility	A free format field to provide a description of how accessible the physical location of the Asbestos is.

Complete the fields and click Save and Close .
