Appointment Visit Resolutions

Appointment Visit Resolutions are similar to Time Record Resolutions and Fault Codes in that you can create a pre-defined pick list that Users can choose from when completing the Appointment Visit.

The list of Appointment Visit Resolutions is maintained here.

Settings > Appointments & Visits > Appointment Visit Resolutions

The link will open the Appointment Visit Resolutions grid. It is a grid view which can be searched, sorted and customised as normal.

To add a new Appointment Visit Resolution click New , to edit an existing Appointment Visit Resolution click Edit . A pop up window will appear which will allow the creation or amendment of an Appointment Visit Resolution.

Field Name	Description
Name	The Name of the Appointment Visit Resolution.
Description	The Description of the Appointment Visit Resolution.

Complete the fields and click Save and Close .
