Appointment Types

Appointment Types allow you to define the creation and functional behaviour of Appointments in MRI Evolution and their use in Evolution Go and MRI Dreamscape Contractor.

Settings > Appointments & Visits > Appointment Types

The link will open the Appointment Type grid. It is a grid view which can be searched, sorted and customised as normal.

To add a new Appointment Type click New , to edit an existing Appointment Type click Edit . A pop up window will appear which will allow the creation or amendment of an Appointment Type.

Field Name	Description
Name	The name of the Appointment Type.
Description	The description of the Appointment Type.
Maximum Duration	A time field to set the maximum duration of the Appointment in hours and minutes.
Sign Off Required in Evolution Go	This field is used control whether, or at what stage, an Evolution Go user has to acquire a signature in order to complete the Appointment. The field is licence aware and hidden if Evolution Go has not been purchased. From the drop down select one of the following: Not Required On Departure On Completion.
Sign Off Required in Contractor	This field is used control whether, or at what stage, a MRI Dreamscape Contractor user has to acquire a signature in order to complete the Appointment. The field is licence aware and hidden if Contractor has not been purchased. From the drop down select one of the following: Not Required On Departure On Completion.
Default Window Size	A time field to set the default duration of the Appointment in hours and minutes.
Round Times of Default Window	From the drop down select one of the following: To Nearest Hour To Nearest 30 mins To Nearest 15 mins No Rounding - Use Specific Times
Adjust Appointment Window	From the drop down select one of the following: Do Not Adjust On Resource Acceptance On Despatch
Set to +/- HH:MM either side of Estimated Arrival	A time field to set the Appointment Window offset in hours and minutes. Read only unless the Adjust Appointment Window value is set to either On Resource Acceptance or On Despatch.

Complete the fields and click Save and Close .
